Delivery Method

All eSIM purchases are digital products. Once your order is successfully processed, your eSIM QR code will be sent automatically to the email address you provided when creating your account.

Delivery Time

  • The QR code is typically sent within approximately 30 minutes after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery time may vary slightly due to email server processing or high order volume.

If You Do Not Receive Your eSIM

  • First, please check your spam or junk email folder.
  • If you still cannot find your eSIM QR code, please contact our customer support team at info@esimcan.co
  • Provide a screenshot of your order confirmation or the order number to help us locate your order and resend the eSIM.

Important Notes

  • eSIMs are digital products; no physical shipment is involved.
  • Delivery depends on the correct email address provided at the time of registration.
  • AG DIGITAL SERVICES is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses or email server issues.
  • Please ensure you have a valid email and stable internet connection to receive your eSIM.
