1. Digital Product Nature
All eSIMs sold on our website are digital products. No physical shipment is involved. The eSIM QR code will be sent automatically to the email address you provided when creating your account, typically within 30 minutes after your order is confirmed.
2. Order Cancellation
- Customers may request to cancel their order before the eSIM is issued.
- To cancel, please contact info@esimcan.co with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the eSIM has already been delivered (QR code sent), the order cannot be cancelled, and the refund policy will apply.
- Cancellation requests will be processed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is approved.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if the eSIM has not been installed on any device.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 25 days from the date of purchase.
- Once the eSIM is installed, no refund will be issued
4. EU/UK 14-Day Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
For customers locating in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), consumer protection laws generally provide a 14-day "cooling-off period" during which you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.
However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK regulations), this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing an eSIM from our website and confirming your order, you expressly agree that:
The digital product (eSIM QR code) will be delivered to your email immediately.
You waive and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the eSIM digital content delivery has commenced (i.e., the email containing the QR code has been sent from our system).
If the eSIM has been delivered or installed, no refunds or cancellations can be made under the cooling-off regulations.
You only retain the right to cancel within 14 days if the eSIM QR code has not yet been generated or delivered to your email.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Contact info@esimcan.co with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Our support team will verify whether the eSIM has been installed.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Processing Time
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Installed eSIMs
- Expired eSIMs
- Any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers
8. Important Notes & Liability Limitation
- By purchasing an eSIM from our website, you agree that AG DIGITAL SERVICES is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to use the eSIM, including but not limited to business loss, travel disruption, or health issues.
- Maximum liability for any refund is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to it.
- If the QR code email is not received, please check your spam/junk folder and, if necessary, contact info@esimcan.co with a screenshot or order number.
